Edit the Lyrics

To update the lyrics and sync them with your karaoke track, follow these steps:

Steps to Edit and Re-sync Lyrics #

1. Open your karaoke project
2. Navigate to Edit > Edit Lyrics
3. Make your changes in the lyrics editor:
   • Fix typos or incorrect words
   • Add missing lyrics
   • Remove unwanted text
4. Select a sync model:
   • Audioshake Alignment — Uses your provided lyrics
   • MusicAI Alignment — Alternative alignment model
   • Audioshake Transcription — Auto-detects lyrics from audio
   • MusicAI Transcription — Alternative transcription model
5. Click Save to start the sync job

Monitoring Progress #

The syncing process might take a few minutes. You can keep an eye on what's happening by checking the Jobs tab.

As soon as it's finished, the new synced lyrics will be available in your project.

Tips for Better Lyrics #

• Double-check spelling and punctuation
• Include repeated sections (choruses) each time they appear
• Add line breaks for better readability
• Use the preview to verify timing after sync completes
