Change the Background Video

Changing the background video is simple and allows you to use your own image or video.

Steps to Change Background #

1. Open your karaoke project
2. Navigate to Style > Background
3. Choose your background type:
   • Image: Upload a static image (JPG, PNG, WebP)
   • Video: Upload a video file (MP4, WebM)
   • Color: Select a solid color background

Uploading Custom Media #

1. Click Upload or drag and drop your file
2. Adjust the following settings:
   • Fit Mode: Cover, Contain, or Stretch
   • Opacity: Adjust background visibility
   • Blur: Add blur effect if needed

Tips for Great Backgrounds #

• Use high-resolution media (1080p or higher)
• Choose backgrounds that don't distract from lyrics
• Consider using abstract or slow-moving videos
• Darker backgrounds make text easier to read

Built-in Backgrounds #

Youka also includes a library of pre-made backgrounds:

1. Go to Style > Background > Library
2. Browse categories (Abstract, Nature, Particles, etc.)
3. Click to apply
