Can I still play karaoke after my subscription ends?
Yes, you can continue to access and play the karaoke files in your library. However, you won't be able to generate new karaoke tracks without an active subscription.
Can I purchase multiple subscriptions?
Yes, you can. For instance, if you buy two Pro subscriptions, you will receive 500 karaoke credits.
Do my credits roll over to the next month?
Credits from the monthly plan are valid for 2 months. Credits from the annual plan or credit packs expire after 1 year.
How does the credit system work?
Each karaoke track costs between 5 to 10 credits to generate, depending on whether you provide the lyrics or not. Once the track is created, you can export it and manually sync it as many times as you want—no extra credits needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the Billing section in Youka and follow the prompts, or you can contact our support team via chat or by sending an email to support@youka.io.
