Youka Live for macOS
If audio is not working
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording and allow Youka Live.
- Quit and reopen Youka Live after changing this permission.
- Choose your preferred output device in System Settings → Sound before turning on Live.
- If you change the output device while processing, turn Live off and on again.
What to include when contacting support
- Your macOS version and Mac model or chip.
- The selected AI model and audio output device.
- The exact error message shown in Youka Live.
- The steps that caused the issue and a screenshot, if possible.
Account and billing help
For account, subscription, or billing questions, email support@youka.io from the address connected to your Youka account. Include an order or invoice reference when relevant, but never send your password or full payment-card details.
