Youka Live for macOS

If audio is not working

  1. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording and allow Youka Live.
  2. Quit and reopen Youka Live after changing this permission.
  3. Choose your preferred output device in System Settings → Sound before turning on Live.
  4. If you change the output device while processing, turn Live off and on again.

What to include when contacting support

  • Your macOS version and Mac model or chip.
  • The selected AI model and audio output device.
  • The exact error message shown in Youka Live.
  • The steps that caused the issue and a screenshot, if possible.

Account and billing help

For account, subscription, or billing questions, email support@youka.io from the address connected to your Youka account. Include an order or invoice reference when relevant, but never send your password or full payment-card details.
