How do I trim an MP3 or WAV file?+
Open your audio, then drag the IN and OUT handles on the waveform to select the part to keep. Preview the selection and choose MP3 or WAV beside Download. Your original file stays unchanged.
Can I trim audio with touch or a keyboard?+
Yes. Drag either handle with touch, a mouse, or a pen. With a handle focused, use the arrow keys for small adjustments, Shift plus an arrow for one second, or Page Up and Page Down for ten seconds.
How can I avoid a click at the edge of a cut?+
Enable the short fade to soften the start and end of your clip. For a clean musical phrase, listen around each boundary and adjust the handles before downloading.
