How do I find the key and BPM of a song?+
Choose your audio file and let the tool analyze the recording on your device. It estimates the musical key and tempo in beats per minute. You can then switch to the pitch or speed changer with the same audio loaded.
Why can the BPM detector show half or double the tempo?+
Rhythms can be interpreted at different beat levels: a passage may feel like 70 BPM or 140 BPM. Short clips, live performances, and tempo changes can also make detection less reliable. Use the estimate as a starting point and check it by listening.
Does analysis include my pitch, speed, or trim changes?+
No. The key and BPM estimates describe the full original recording. Your edits remain available for playback and download when you switch tools, but they do not change the analysis result.
