Are these tools really free?+
Yes. Use the audio tools and download your results without an account, credits, or a subscription. Youka’s karaoke and lyric video creator is a separate product.
Does my audio get uploaded?+
No. Audio decoding, analysis, and editing happen in this browser. Your audio file is not sent to our servers. Larger files use temporary storage on your device, cleared when you remove or replace the audio or leave the free-tools section. If a tab closes unexpectedly, old temporary files are cleaned up on a later visit.
Which files can I use?+
Use a mono or stereo WAV, MP3, M4A, AAC, or AIFF file. There is no fixed duration limit. Compressed files can be up to 128 MB; larger WAV files are read in small sections. Longer audio needs available browser storage.
What format will I download?+
Choose MP3 for a smaller, high-quality 256 kbps download, or WAV for uncompressed 16-bit stereo at the original sample rate. Both are created on your device. The original file is never changed.
