Open youka-desktop-v3-win32-x64-3.0.6-setup.exe from your Downloads folder.

Because the installer is unsigned, Windows may show a SmartScreen warning. Choose More info, then Run anyway, finish installation, and open Youka Desktop from Start.

Sign in with your Youka account and open Library.
